I’d like to think that in general, we could live without.. just about anything. We’d find a work around. We could hand wash in the tub and use a clothesline. We could use a gas grill and microwave if the stove quit. Vice versa. We’re able to build fires, have a whole forest of trees we could use, etc.
I think overall? A furnace would be the worst to lose. Mostly because of the issues we’d have to deal with in the house.

A refrigerator. We live in a moderate climate and it’s hard to keep anything really cold. It’s not like I could just set the milk on the back porch.
