It’s fall… wait, no… still August
Around here, the corn is coming down. Farmers are MOWING it. Yes, mowing. Knocking it down, scooping it up and using it for silage (animal food)– all of it going to ‘waste’ versus normal usage. Summer is fading, harvest (at least of cherry tomatoes) is bountiful, the baby is almost a toddler, the toddler is technically a pre-schooler (so grown up), and my little family of 4…
