Apparently no one found that funny. My kids hunt eggs in dark shirts and blue jeans. and sneakers. Because you KNOW they’re going to at least TRY to cram chocolate in their mouths and let it run down their faces….you may as well be prepared–and yes I generally have a wet washcloth (or cloth wipes) with me to clean said faces and hands before we leave.
Why put on a frilly dress and exquisite shoes for wandering around in tall, damp grass? Would you do that? Anyone? Then don’t punish the little girls– I never see the boys in tiny suits and fancy shoes, but inevitably people bring the girls in sleeveless dresses, tights, and teeny tiny heels with huge bows to rummage in the grass for candy. What gives, America?
