Today we had our 1 week check with the doctor, he was I think a bit surprised she wasn’t back up to her birth weight and suggested we wake her to feed her every 3 hours during the day, but no jaundice, no other issues, etc. I went in while Matthew kept the other 3 busy in the vehicle. The doctor laughed when I told him that. He’s familiar with all of us by now as he’s our primary care for every single one of us now! I think we’re hard to forget…
Anyway, she’s so tiny that her clothes really don’t fit, we keep washing the newborn stuff so she can wear it again and again! We may end up wearing it out, poor things, there’s only 2 outfits and one sleeper that go up to 8 lbs and she’s not there yet! All the 0-3 month stuff is still pretty big on her.
Yes she’s actually holding her head up and looking around, she is one tough little girl!
Girls (do do do do do do do, all I really want is girls)– poor dad, he’s so tired! The kids are watching ‘Blaze and the Monster Machines’– a STEM show kind of like a Sesame Street in monster truck version. Yeah for educational TV!
