We bribed everyone possible so we could get home on Friday! It is a day early and yet she is doing better than most of the babies on the floor (according to our last nurse!) We had no trouble with getting the nurses to use our cloth diapers, in fact about half of them had heard of them, and even one was using them on her own 3 month old baby!
I was insanely excited about that– may have been why my blood pressure was so high that day, I got to chat cloth with someone! Our nurses were a mixed bag of helpful to ‘didn’t even check on us’– seriously. She didn’t take my blood pressure, clear out our dinner trays, or anything, really. That was last night, but today’s nurse was a lot more helpful, and we’re happy to be going home! It’s just a waiting game now to see how long it will take! We’re ready!
