3 year old B: How do you get babies mommy?
me (from across the room): The stork brings them.
B: what’s stark?
me: no, a bird, a stork….honey can we talk about this later?
B: No, we can’t.
B: No mommy, we can’t talk about it later, talk about it now.
me: well honey generally there’s a mommy and a daddy and they’re married and then they have a baby….
silence…
