I find it harder every year to come up with something I want for Christmas. I want a lot of things for the kids. My holiday must-have’s end up being: sleep, time with family, chocolate, warm clothes.
Everything I had when I was a kid and took for granted. Except maybe cloth diapers. Is it wrong to think those would be for me? There’s some really cute ‘fox’ prints that are screaming at me from the internet. What can I say? I’m trendy?!? Hmm… maybe not.
Obviously we have done a little bit of pick me up stuff here and there for the kids. I wish I had a better idea of some sort of budget, but having time to talk about that without the kids around? Impossible! Okay I’m off to see if there’s a particular thing on a particular website- before I forget… Let it Go!…..

I don’t want anything for Christmas either! Interestingly, neither does my son. We actually have what we need and aren’t particularly interested in adding to it (clutter!). My husband, on the other hand, needs a new bike desperately. He may be the only one who gets a gift. My son and I would like to go to England next summer – maybe that will be our Christmas present…

I have a few BIG things that I need/want. ButI don’t think I will get them. My refrigerator died last week and we bought a new one. So, that’s probably my “gift”. Haha! I have so much fun getting the kids things though, so it’s ok!
