Just a quick note to say that we’re all still here. Spent the morning (while my husband was mowing) helping the kids ‘clean’ aka purge itsy bitsy stuff from the toy area upstairs. When he got done and we had lunch, we moved the toddler’s bed upstairs. She’s in there now, and we had our first ‘big girl’ reading of a story together, along with all the potty/brush teeth/etc… all in the big kid’s bathroom. Wow!
Milestones! I was being ‘so quiet’ just a minute ago and then realized it probably wasn’t all that necessary since the munchkin wasn’t sleeping in the room next to the kitchen. Woohoo!
We spent the afternoon traveling to visit my niece for her birthday and then turn around and head right back home. We’re all tired, but maybe that will solidify the ‘big girl’ room for everyone!
