A peek at the week….inside my womb:
Fruit/Veggie Comparison: Baby is the size of a large mango
Shape: I feel like I look more fat than pregnant, but I rarely look in a mirror. I can only assume once I turn sideways it becomes obvious 😉 I may have finally gone up another pound. We’ll see.
Food: You know I’ve had actual bouts of ‘hey that sounds good’ and even some real hunger this week.
Least favorite thing: Baby insomnia + sick toddler = no sleep and a cranky mommy.
Most favorite thing: Keeley feeling the baby kick last Friday and then singing ‘I got a baby kick’ for a LONG time upstairs! Brennan felt it later, but wasn’t so impressed! Daddy continues to be shut out, although last night he did see the stomach give a huge wobble. As soon as he put his hand on me, though, adios baby! No love for daddy! This kind of makes me giggle.
Mental state: I go from worried about the placenta previa to not worried at all. If I feel like I overdo it, I start to worry. The rest of the time the last couple of days it’s just been ‘meh’.. probably mostly because of the summer cold the kids and I have been fighting. No time to worry about myself with kids to worry over.
Preparation: I may have spent $100 on baby stuff over the weekend. Oops. Although, really. Necessary, right? Every baby needs new things. These were due. Plus, I got half price or better. Oh and we got our first baby gift!

I love the onesies!!!! How cute are those? Good job on the savings – baby stuff is crazy expensive as I’m reminded every time a friend of mine pops one out. Girl at work is pregnant, my cousin’s daughter is pregnant – and of course you are too! Time to start thinking about baby gifts again!
Yeah, for getting ready for baby! I absolutely agree that every baby needs new things.
Love the Doctor Who onesies! We bought a similar one for some friends who are expecting.
OMG! You need to tell me where you got those onesies!
Great job with the baby loot!
I love swings that plug in. My oldest was a crank style (she is almost 18 lol) and when I saw the plug in ones when pregnant with my daughter (who is 2) I have to get that
Ok, WHERE did you find the Dr Who stuff? My husband would DIE if I could find that for our little lady!:) PLEASE tell me! also, great blog:)
