Today I’d like to introduce our new monthly cloth diaper series that pits mom vs. dad, girl vs. boy, and in some cases, diaper vs. diaper. We’re warming up with a favorite bumGenius color (SASSY) for you this week to finish off July. Here’s how it works: you enter via the giveaway tools, and the lucky winner gets to choose, boy or girl when they send their shipping address. For this purpose, dad =boy and mom= girl. Got it? Votes will be tallied and 5 months gives us a chance for a clear winner or a tie breaker, and baby Shoemaker will should be born in December, and we’ll find out who was right! (Note: we realize that you can’t actually choose boy or girl, it’s just for fun, mmk?)

I think it would be super helpful to give away a multi-pack. Such as, one all-in-one, one pocket and one pre-fold w/cover. Another example would be to give away 3 different brands of the same style, then ask for feedback from the winner!
For those of us that are new to cloth diapering it would really help us figure out what we like best. Also, it would help your audience give great feedback as far as what worked well for them.

Also, not sure how true this old wives tale is, but if you are carrying “low” vs. “high” to determine gender (although this is more obvious toward the middle/end of pregnancy). I carried “low” both pregnancies and strangers would always point and say “that’s a boy.” I found it incredibly annoying, but they were all right!

First let me say thank you for the chance to win! Im new to cloth diapering therefore I have no favorites yet. But have had good experiences with what I do have. I do tend to like the snap in pads and the pockets. I like patterns and colors that go well for both boys and girls.

I’d love to see a Thirsties giveaway!…they’re somewhat rare! Pocket and cover giveaways are most common, I think, so an aio would also be a good choice! Any CD giveaway is a good giveaway though!

I am interested in trying different kinds of AIO diapers. So one of those. We have a BGE already and Smart Bottoms 3.0. The smart bottoms doesn’t work for us though.
