April Cloth Diaper Blog Hop – My Stash

Maria from www.change-diapers.com is doing a cloth diaper blog hop in April. Her challenge is thus: your cloth diaper stash. What’s in your stash? Has your stash changed over time?

I could answer this in 3 words.  Lots. Varied. Yes!

I have diapers we bought, diapers I’ve won, diapers I’ve tested or reviewed, diapers that need repair, diapers in use, diapers that need to be given as gifts, diapers that should be sold, and the list goes on. The last time I counted (and I can’t find the place where I posted about it), I had at least 100, including newborn prefolds and the like. Since then I’ve replaced pretty much all my microfiber with flats and purchased a couple of new diapers with credits or because they were a steal.

I should probably be ashamed of myself. I just can’t help it. They’re so cute.  We are hoping to have at least one more child, so I suppose if we’re lucky none of them will go to waste! My newest ones that I’m testing right now are mostly prints, as it happens. The Dr. Seuss and Owl ones are Bumkins, and cow is swaddlebees, and the camo is go green. The rest have been in my stash for varying lengths of time, up to 3+ years.

These are the diapers that I am currently using. Looks like I have about 30 in rotation now. Most of them are pockets, and nearly all of them are stuffed with flats. I also have a giant box of microfiber that I no longer use, a box of diapers that need repair, and lots of smaller sized diapers for newborn stages. I definitely need to do some spring cleaning on my stash!
