Sunday (yesterday)- chili with crackers and cheese (froze half for next month)
Monday-Chicken crescent bake, vegetable mix
Tuesday-Tacos, salad, corn
Wednesday-sausage casserole, leftover veggies
Thursday- My husband’s birthday! Kind of. So we are supposed to be dining out.
Friday- My dad’s birthday, we are visiting them and having dinner there.
Saturday-Ham and beans, cornbread
I made mine for 2 weeks this time, though only shopped for one. Here’s mine for the week:
Sunday — Grilled chicken, rice, veggie of some sort
Monday — Sloppy joes, fries, veggies
Tuesday — Chicken enchiladas, taco rice, some veggies…
Wednesday — Country fried steak, mashed potatoes w/ gravy, green beans
Thursday — French toast, sausage patties, fruit
Friday — Pizza, some sort of veggies
Saturday — Hamburgers, mac n cheese, the last of the veggies
