I signed up for good reads site last week, after seeing another blogger post about it. Thanks Etta! I then proceeded to lose the entire morning and early afternoon entering ‘scores’ for all the books I’d read since 2009 (listed on our library site) and whatever others I could think of off the top of my head. Found a few books to put on a to-read list, YES! and ordered some online through our extended library section. I even have a handful queued up, and found another one in our library, so I finished one tonight, and have 2 ready for the weekend.
I don’t always get a chance to sit and read, but when I do take/have the time I read a variety of things. I set a goal of 50 books this year, that’s basically giving me a break from reading 1 a week for Thanksgiving or Christmas. I think I could read more than that if the girls continue to have a good nap schedule and my body decides to cooperate enough so that I’m not dying for a nap by 1 p.m. every day.
Feel free to leave book suggestions in the comments, so far this year, I picked up a romance novel, I just finished the last 2 Hunger Games books, read the latest ‘Duggar’ book hoping to get some tips on how to be a more patient mom, and am ready to start a book on Geek Theory. I kid you not, my reading is all over the place.. so suggest away!

How’d you like the Duggar book? I really enjoyed it. I think I’m going to go to the library tomorrow and get a fresh stack of books.
