Eyes: Her eye is completely healed. They seem to have settled on ‘hazel’ or green for color. I miss my blue eyed baby, but love that she shares her dad’s eyes!
Head: sandy blonde hair
Face: 8 teeth
Neck: nummable
Arms/trunk: Really uses them to move along at a regular crawl. Also uses them to pull up and has cruised a few times. Holds hands and walks with assistance.
Lower body/legs: these are very strong, she uses them to practice walking, push herself to standing, and crawl.
Height: appt 9/6
Weight: 19ish lbs according to our scale
Head Circ: appt 9/6
Sleep: Still wakes up once at night to eat. If she misses naps, she may sleep until 4ish
Demeanor: Still very happy but tends to be anxious at times and has a cranky mood when she doesn’t get what she wants.
Clothing: 18-24 month clothes
Diapers: Still haven’t sent the old diapers off to be fixed. It’s on the to-do list, of course.
Nursing: This has slowed down a little bit in the last month.
Likes: Eating, cuddling her bunny, throwing balls, emptying buckets, baskets, etc.
Dislikes: Still doesn’t like being told ‘no’ to anything.
Cute things: Her smile, her giggle, the way she lays her head down when she is tired or acting shy, also the way her face lights up for someone she loves.
NSC things: Yelling.
SOLID FOODS: The last week or so, she has really started to eat a lot! Mostly canned mixed veggies, yogurt, applesauce with cinnamon, and anything we eat, torn into small pieces.
*Today she went to church, took a nice long nap, played with her new toys, then got to try out the baby swing for the first time, splash her feet in the pool, and after a huge dinner, whined for a cupcake! Must be the life!!!
