Brennan- 9 month update

Eyes: I think she’s sticking to green/hazel with the fun sunflower. We haven’t seen a real dark blue in a while.
Head: Definitely growing lots of sandy colored hair that changes color depending on how the light hits it.
Face: 3 more teeth have come through, for a total of 4!! The bottom 2 in the middle, and the top ‘fang’ teeth, she’s so cute!
Neck: Skinny in the back, pretty much has lost her double chins. 🙁
Arms/trunk: Uses them to roll over, push herself up, knock herself over from seated to crawling position, and to army crawl! Still chubby!
Lower body/legs: Tops of feet, legs, knees are all still chubby!

Sleep: Thankfully has been sleeping through the night for the most part for the last 3 weeks! Sleeps on her belly most of the time.

Demeanor: Laughs and cries depending on whether or not she is getting her way. Makes noise to try and get people’s attention. Smiles are huge and plentiful!

Clothing: Wearing 9-12 month onesies, 12 and 18 month jammies, and 12-18 month shorts to go over the diaper.

Diapers: I think we’re up to all mediums/large size snaps or completely undone on all the diapers, she is getting so tall!

Nursing: This has settled down some, although some ‘meals’ she takes quite close together. Puts her hands everywhere, pushes with her feet, etc.

Likes: Crawling to explore.  Talking LOUDLY to Keeley.
Dislikes: People leaving the room. Taking ‘toys’ away from her. (everything is a toy)
Cute things:  Making shy/smile faces at daddy. Giggles. Gummy smiles that include razor sharp teeth!
NSC things: Excessive crying over having ‘toys’ taken away.

SOLID FOODS: What solid foods? For a while, she would munch on the plain rice crackers (that I bought 2 boxes of) but seems to reject them now. Lately, she’s gummed olive (go figure) and licked the spoon I put enchilada filling in the shells with. Everything else she makes faces at and spits out. Oh yeah, a salty chip she sucked on for a while. Maybe she just wants salt?
