Yup, we just sat down with brand new books and I pointed to words and although I’m sure some of it was guesswork, you can’t deny that a kid looks at the word ‘pile’ and says ‘pill’ that she’s reading. AWESOME! Of course we’re extremely proud and excited and made a huge deal out of it!
