I made chocolate and peanut butter fudge. I may still manage to make some gingersnaps. All in all, this project was a success. I sent cookies with my hubby to work, with zero extra effort on my part. Plus we’ll have cookies for Christmas and to send home with people. If we have any left, we’ll just stick them back in the freezer for later.
And… I’m not frantically baking cookies and mixing batch after batch of things up, and cursing that I have to wash utensils and bowls repeatedly the same day in order to have a good stock of cookies. I definitely recommend doing it if you haven’t tried.
Organization can go so far in keeping everything peaceful and calm!!! Congratulations!
