I love gingersnaps. I bet they taste much better fresh than out of a bag!
I’m so jealous. I’ve made two batches of cookies this year. I guess really 3, since one was a double batch. But I’ve not had a chance to make more, and I’m so sad about that. It’s one of my favorite things about the holidays. There’s just no time for anything. You’ll have to let me know what kinds of cookies freeze well. The crinkles do, but I never got around to putting any in the freezer. So now I just have getting-old cookies. Decided that even though I promised the kids cut-outs, they’re going to have to wait until Valentine’s Day. Or Easter, if we are in the process of a move at Valentines. ANd Mark will get his Ritz cracker cookies in a couple of months. And the butterfinger ones have to wait. No time….I got, got, got, got no time……..
