Want to get “felt”

whole apricot

Kiwi slices, pineapple, ham and swiss cheese sandwich

Lemon, grapefruit, lime, orange slices

I love the grapefruit, especially. So pretty! My daughter saw me making these and grabbed ahold of them, I’m sure she’s going to LOVE the whole set, once I’m done! These are very easy to do, and the pattern to do them is from www.helpinglittlehands.blogspot.com under ‘orange wedge’ –obviously, you can make any kind of wedge you want, I may make some apple ones (green, yellow, or red!) today! I’ll sew “seeds” onto the middle of the circle so they look like apple seeds, too! They also have a pattern there for ‘orange peel’, so you can have 4 orange sections plus a peel and your child can ‘peel’ the orange into slices!

  1. I wish I’d thought of doing something like this when my son was little. Keeley is going to be so thrilled on Christmas morning!

Love it! You asked in a later post for any suggestions of other food to make. I think you should make a cake that can be “sliced”. Or pie. MMMMM pie…..
