I mentioned before that we took Keeley trick or treating, not sure if I shared this or not, but this was the result. She ate the goldfish and seemed to like them, so that will be something we might consider getting as a ‘fill in’ or church type treat. We only went to the ‘downtown’ area and it only took a few minutes, all the proprietors of the stores were out with big bowls of ‘stuff’ so no knocking or in and out with strollers required!

Gum ball? No, yum ball!

We bought goldfish crackers in bulk for a good 3 years. THe kids love them. She’d probably love animal crackers, too. It’s hard when trick or treating, because most people don’t think about little ones and how they can’t have the candy. And how we really don’t WANT tons of candy, because the kids won’t eat it. I will though, and I don’t need it. Crackers and fruit snacks and applesauce containers and juice boxes are really nice to get. I keep snack sized packages of such things on hand for the young ones who come to the house. Are we getting our pic of Keeley’s costume on Halloween? I’m anxiously awaiting!!!
