Colonial white siding with black shutters and mostly black shingles, upper level has 2 dormers and will be on site ready to finish into 2 additional bedrooms and bath. Windows/fascia and front door will all be white. Weathered stone linoleum and rich chocolatey counter tops in baths and kitchen/laundry/pantry/dining/foyer areas. Bisque carpet in bedrooms and living area, black appliances. Will use warm yellows and perhaps oranges for paint in some of the downstairs rooms. 2nd bedroom downstairs will transition from nursery to office when the time comes. Fingers crossed everything continues to progress and not digress!
