Chili…

is kind of like salsa, the longer it sits with peppers in it, the hotter it gets. I added ONE can of tomatoes with chiles (10 oz can?) and boy was it warm for the second go round come FOOTBALL time Sunday night. Can’t wait to see what it tastes like for dinner one night this week. Or maybe we’ll just freeze it and get a surprise later on.

The good thing is I didnt get heartburn or any other problems from eating it.

Did I mention it’s almost football season? Yeah! The Bears play this week. Not sure if we get it on TV or not, but we can always get radio. Too bad Favre won’t be traded to the Bears (I wish).
