Okay, so it wasnt a spectacular success, in fact you can’t see that the bottom is all caved in, but my hubby ate the crumbs and found them spectacular enough and pronounced it good enough to eat without frosting, so I’m off the hook for making another mess in the kitchen. This is a homemade chocolate angel food cake. It takes about an hour to just get it mixed up.
